摘  要:目的分析老年人肠道准备质量的相关影响因素,探讨提高老年人肠道准备质量的方法。方法回顾性分析我院2014年7月至2016年7月收治的90例接受结肠镜检查的老年人临床资料,按照肠道准备是否有效分为有效准备组和无效准备组,每组各45例。对2组人员的年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)、糖尿病、饮食习惯及住院情况等进行分析。结果与有效准备组相比,无效准备组中年龄≥65岁、BMI≥30、有糖尿病、饮食习惯为多进食肉类的病人所占比例较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归显示,年龄、糖尿病及饮食习惯是肠道无效准备的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论年龄、糖尿病及饮食习惯为影响老年人肠道准备质量的独立危险因素,应对其采取积极有效的预防处理措施以改善老年人肠道准备质量,从而提高疾病的检出率。Objective To explore the influencing factors of the quality of bowel preparation in the elderly. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 90 elderly patients who underwent colonoscopy in our hospital from July 2014 to July 2016 was carried out. They were divided into effective preparation group( n = 45) and invalid preparation group( n = 45),according to whether they had effective bowel preparation. The factors of age,gender,body mass index( BMI),diabetes,diet habit and hospitalization were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results Compared to the effective preparation group,the proportions of the patients aged 65 or over,BMI ≥30,presenting with diabetes or taking more meat in the invalid preparation group were significantly higher( P0. 05). Age,diabetes and diet habit were independent risk factors of invalid preparation( P 0. 05). Conclusions Age,diabetes and diet habit are independent risk factors that affect the quality of bowel preparation in the elderly. It is important to take positive and effective preventive measures to improve the quality of the elderly bowel preparation.
