基于生态文明视角的川东丘陵区河流生态治理研究

摘　　要：为了改善河道水质和水环境,切实加强水污染治理和水资源保护,保障区域水生态安全,维护水生态系统功能,实现水资源与水生态环境健康发展,以四川省大竹县Z河流域为研究区,基于生态文明视角,开展了"一河一策"治理研究,运用无人机和实地踏勘等方法,从流域内养殖污染、工业污染、生活污水、沿岸垃圾和污水管网破裂等5个方面对流域污染进行了调查与分析,阐述了污染存在的问题,并针对河流存在的污染问题,提出了解决措施和建议。对实现"河畅、水清、岸绿、景美"的绿色美丽竹乡,促进县域人口-经济-生态环境良性耦合发展具有重要的意义。In order to improve the river water quality and water environment, water pollution control ana water re- sources protection are effectively strengthened to ensure regional water ecological security, maintain water ecosystem functions and realize the healthy development of water resources arid aquatic environment.Taking the Z River Basin in Dazhu County of Sichuan Province as the research area, based on ecological civilization, this paper carries out the re- search on ＂One River and One Policy＂ governance research by the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and field survey and other methods. From the basin breeding pollution, industrial pollution, domestic sewage, coastal waste and sew- age pipe network rupture and other five areas, this papercarries out watershed pollution investigation and analysis. The problems of pollution are expounded and the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the pollution problems existing by the river. On the realization of ＂river smooth, clear water, shore green, King beauty＂ green and beautiful bamboo Township, it is of great significance to promote the benign coupling of population -- economy and ecological environment in county.
