鼻头部整形自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入应用于鼻部综合整形中的效果和满意度评估

摘　　要：目的分析鼻头部整形自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入鼻部后综合整形的应用效果。方法选取拟行鼻部整形的100例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予传统L型鼻假体置入术,观察组给予自体耳软骨联合硅胶假体置入术。对比两组患者临床治疗效果和满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率与总满意均远高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体耳骨联合硅胶假体置入术可以有效应用于鼻头部的综合整形当中,还可显著提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the application effect of orthotopic autologous cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis in nasal head after implantation into nasal posterior consolidation. Methods 100 patients with nasal plastic surgery were selected as the subjects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received traditional L nasal prosthesis implantation, while the observation group received autologous ear cartilage combined with silicone prosthesis implantation. The clinical treatment effect and satisfaction were compared between the two groups degree. Results The total effective rate and total satisfaction in the observation group were much higher than that of the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Autologous ear bone combined with silicone prosthesis implantation can be effectively applied to the comprehensive shaping of nasal head, which can also will improve the patient＇s satisfaction.
