摘　　要：从2008年北京奥运会到2016年里约奥运会3个奥运周期里,受现代传媒业迅猛发展的影响,新闻媒体及其受众都发生了深刻变化。在这场激烈变革中,中国体育记者奥运赛后采访的提问方式却没有显著变化。在这种变与不变的冲突激荡间,传统体育媒体要想赢得受众关注,应从拓展选题领域、提升提问技巧、发挥新闻职业精神这3个方面进行改变。During the three Olympic cycles of 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and Rio 2016, influenced by therapid development of modern media industry, the news media and its audience have undergone profound chan-ges. In this fierce revolution, the ways in which Chinese sports reporters interviewed after the Olympic Gamesdid not change significantly. In this period of constant and turbulent conflict, the traditional sports mediashould win the attention of the audiences and should change from the following three aspects： expanding thetopic areas, raising the questioning skills, and giving full play to the professionalism of journalism.
