摘　　要：目的对地中海贫血患者人工膝关节置换术围手术期的血液管理方法和措施进行总结,以期为临床决策的制定提供参考。方法通过文献调研和我科临床病例经验进行总结。结果通过对地中海贫血患者人工膝关节置换术输血指征、手术禁忌症、围手术期贫血的药物治疗和术前、术中及术后的出血管理等方面进行总结,得出地中海贫血患者膝关节置换术围手术期的血液管理方案。结论地中海贫血患者膝关节置换术围手术期需应用全程的血液管理方案,提高术前的血液储备,减少术中及术后出血,最终降低输血率。Objective To summary the methods and measures on hlood management of knee replacement during perioperative period of mediterranean anemia patients, so as to provide referenee for clinical decision making. Methods The summary was summarized through literature research and clinical experience of our department. Results We summarized the indications of blood transfusion, contraindications of operation, drug treatment of perioperative anemia, and management of bleeding before, during and after operation, and arrived in perioperative blood management of knee arthroplasty for patients with thalassemia. Conclusion During the perioperative period of knee arthroplasty for thalassemia patients, the whole blood management program should be applied to improve the preoperative blood reserve, reduce intraoperative and postoperative bleeding, and uhimately reduce the blood transfusion rate.
