摘　　要：目的分析2013-2016年潍坊市新生儿疾病筛查结果。方法选取2013-2016年在潍坊地区各医疗机构分娩的新生儿454 153例,新生儿出生72h-7d,经充分哺乳后采集其足跟血,制成合格的滤纸干血片,先天性甲低筛查用泰莱2型半自动时间分辩仪测定TSH,血清苯丙氨酸使用1420半自动时间分辩荧光分析仪检测,根据不同的切值筛查阳性患儿,最后确诊的病人接收治疗。结果 2013年1月1日到2016年12月31日共收到血样454 153份,筛查率由2013年92.7%提高到2016年的98.1%,共确诊CH 338例患儿发病率为1/1344;PKU患儿52例,发病率为1/8741,结论新生儿疾病筛查是包括管理,筛查,随访,诊治,评估,教育等多个环节的系统服务工程,各部门的协调配合是提高筛查管理质量的有效措施,完善的新生儿疾病筛查工作可有效降低残疾儿的发生。Objective：To analyze the results of neonatal disease screening in Weifang city from 2013 to 2016. Methods：A total of 454153 newborns who were born in various medical institutions in Weifang area in 2013-2016 were selected. after being born for 72 h-7 days,the heel blood was collected and made into the dried dried blood on filter paper. TSH was detected by Yasu semi-automatic time analyzer for congenital hypothyroidism screening. the serum phenylalanine was detected by 1420 semiautomatic time-resolution analyzer. Results：From January 1,2013 to December 31,2016,a total of 454153 blood samples were received. the screening rate increased from 92.7 % in 2013 to 98.1 % in 2016. the incidence of ch cases was 1/1,344. The incidence rate was 1/8741 in 52 children with pku. Conclusion：The screening of neonatal diseases is included in management
