摘  要:针对目前游梁式抽油机存在悬点载荷上、下冲程相差较大,变化复杂等问题,为提高游梁式抽油机的平衡效果,提出了在抽油机出厂之前通过模拟加载系统对其性能进行测试的理念。重点介绍该系统的结构,主要由电磁阻尼器,驱动器,位移传感器,力传感器,重物等组成,并在Matlab的Simulink模块中进行模拟,表明该系统的可满足性能的测试。In view of the large difference between the upper and lower stroke and the complicated change of the existing beam pumping unit, the idea of testing the pumping unit performance through simulation loading system before delivery is put forward in order to improve the balance effect of beam pumping unit in this paper. The structure of the system is mainly introduced, which mainly consists of electromagnetic dampers, driver, displacement sensor, force sensor, heavy object, and so on ; and it is then simulated in the Simulink module of the Matlab, thus the performance tests for the system are demonstrated.
