摘  要:高速切削加工技术是航空航天等领域薄壁类零部件实现高精度、高效率、高质量加工的关键技术,而切削过程中切削力是影响这一技术的关键物理量,直接影响工件的切削颤振、切削变形、加工效率、刀具磨损等物理参数,为了能更好地应用高速切削加工技术解决薄壁类零件的加工质量和效率,有必要针对切削力预报模型的研究做回顾分析。本文综述分析了切削力建模的相关文献,为掌握薄壁件切削加工机理,更深层次探究各因素对切削加工的影响和进一步提高低刚度零件加工质量提供有益参考。High-speed machining technology is the key technology for high precision, high efficiency and high quality machi- ning of thin-walled parts in aerospace and other fields. Cutting force in cutting process is the key to this technique, which would directly affect the physical parameters such as cutting chatter, cutting deformation, machining efficiency, tool wear, etc. In order to better use the high-speed machining technology to solve the processing quality and efficiency of thin-walled parts, it is necessary to review the research of the cutting force prediction model. In this paper, the relevant literature of cut- ting force modeling is reviewed, and it is beneficial to master the machining mechanism of thin-walled parts, to understand the influence of various factors on cutting processing and further improve the processing quality of low-stiffness parts.
