摘 要:油田污水处理中,受油田污水高盐度等因素影响,外来除油菌种生长受到抑制,难以形成优势菌群,除油效率不高,生化工艺在油田污水处理中的应用受到制约。针对此问题,通过建立油田污水除油菌种的分离评价方法,筛选高效土著除油菌种,通过室内测试评价除油潜力,得到两株油田土著菌株ZX-7、ZX-11。将该菌株接种到生化处理系统中,使其在污水中成为优势菌群,其除油效率可达97.6%,大大提高生化工艺的除油效率。在现场应用中,采用该菌的生化系统运行稳定,达到了良好的除油效果。In the treatment of oilfield wastewater, influenced by the factors such as high salinity etc. , the growth of the exotic oil removal strains is inhibited. So it is difficult to form the dominant microflora. Because of lower oil removal efficiency, the application of the biochemical process is restricted in the treatment of oilfield wastewater. Aiming at the problem, the separation and evaluation method for oil - removing strains was established. Studies were carried out on the screening of high effective indigenous oil - removing strains and the evaluation of the oil removal efficiency. So the two indigenous strains, ZX - 7 and ZX - 11, were obtained. After inoculating the strain into the biochemical treatment system, the dominant mieroflora was formed in the wastewater, with the oil removal efficiency of up to 97.6%. The pilot results showed that the biochemical system is stable and has a good oil removal effect.
