摘　　要：目的探究儿童白血病化疗期间使用阿米福汀导致低钙的发生率,并提出预防低钙抽搐的方法。方法将218例患儿根据阿米福汀使用时间进行分组,并对各组发生率进行对比分析。结果使用阿米福汀导致低钙血症的比例为21.10%,对低钙抽搐患儿给予10%糖酸钙治疗后症状基本缓解,且血钙恢复正常。连续使用阿米福汀至少5 d的患儿出现低钙抽搐症状的发生率更高。结论儿童患者使用阿米福汀导致低钙抽搐的发生率增高,低钙抽搐使用糖酸钙治疗有效。Objective To explore the incidence of hypocalcemia induced by amifostine in children with leukemia during chemotherapy and propose prevention methods for convulsions. Methods Totally 218 pediatric patients diagnosed with leukemia were classified into several groups according to the administration time of amifostine. The incidences among different groups were compared. Results The ratio of hypocalcemia induced by amifostine was21. 10%. The symptom of hypocalcemia was relieved after 10% calcium gluconate treatment,and the blood calcium recovered to normal level. A higher incidence of hypocalcemia was observed in group of amifostine administration for more than 5 d continuously. Conclusion Pediatric patients with amifostine administration are liable to hypocalcemia convulsions,and calcium gluconate administration is an effective means for convulsions.
