摘　　要：家具与我们的生活、工作息息相关,种类品种也复杂多样,家具设计,隶属于建筑学、室内设计、家具设计等专业基础课程,覆盖了家具史、材料学、人体工程学、家具工艺与生产组织、家具检测与质量管理等众多知识;在我国经济高速发展的今天,家具设计面对资源的优化利用和节能环保等方面的问题,本文从产品全生命周期的角度阐述了聚酯纤维板作为一种新材料进行家具设计的设计探索与实践,体现了在产品全生命周期评估的视角下聚酯纤维板作为主材进行家具设计的可行性、可循环利用及节能环保性。Furniture,one of the most varied and complex types of products,is closely related to our life and work.Furniture design covers the history of furniture,the material science,the ergonomics,the furniture craft and production organization,the furniture inspection and quality management etc,which is affiliated to the professional courses like Architecture,Interior design and Furniture design.With the rapid development of Chinese economy,Furniture design has to face the optimization of resources,energy conservation and environmental protection.This paper describes the design exploration and practice of polyester fiber board as a new material for furniture design from the perspective of product life cycle,and shows the feasibility,recyclability and environmental protection of the polyester fiber board as the main material in the view of product life cycle assessment.
