基于红外热成像技术对“脾开窍于口,其华在唇”中医理论的研究

摘　　要：目的:基于红外热成像技术探讨中医的藏窍理论,对"脾开窍于口,其华在唇"中医理论进行相关性研究。方法:纳入80例受试对象,其中40例脾阳虚者为试验组,40名脾功能正常者为对照组,进行红外热像仪拍摄,记录两组受试者的中焦、口唇、鼻子、双眼及双耳温度并进行比较,进行相应的相关性分析。结果:脾阳虚受试者中焦与口唇温度都比脾功能正常受试者要低(P<0.05)。相关性分析结果显示脾阳虚受试者中焦与口唇温度存在相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:脾阳虚者中焦与口唇温度红外热图显示凉偏离,且存在相关关系,佐证了中医藏窍理论即"脾开窍于口,其华在唇"的正确性,同时为脾阳虚的临床诊断提供客观证据,提高临床诊治效率。Objective： To discuss traditional Chinese medicine theory ＇spleen opening at mouth, expressing on the lips＇ based on infrared thermal imaging technology. Methods： A total of 80 cases were included into this current study, which were divided into the experimental group （syndrome of spleen yang deficiency） and control group （Healthy volunteer）, 40 cases per group. Temperature of middle jiao, oral lip, nose, eyes and ears in both groups were recorded and compared with infrared thermal imaging technology. The analysis for the correlation between the temperature of middle jiao and middle jiao, oral lip, nose, eyes and ears was then conducted. Results： The temperatures of middle jiao, oral lip of the test group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）, while no statistical significance was found in nose, eyes and ears temperatures between two groups. Correlation analysis showed a correlation between middle jiao and oral lips temperature in the test group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Infrared image displayed cool deviation in patients with deficiency of spleen yang and correlation between middle jiao and oral temperature, further proving the correctness of traditional Chinese medicine theory ＇spleen opening at mouth, expressing on the lips＇, which provides objective evidences on the clinical diagnosis of deficiency of spleen yang.
