摘 要:目的探讨适配子微流控芯片对鼻咽癌细胞的富集作用。方法用生物素亲和素将适配子结合到微流控芯片的反应室内,用微泵将细胞悬液泵入反应室进行细胞捕获,洗脱细胞并计算细胞的捕获效率。结果适配子微流控芯片能够捕获鼻咽癌细胞,并且鼻咽癌细胞捕获效率达到90%。结论适配子微流控芯片用于鼻咽癌诊断具有广阔的前景。Objective To investigate the enrichment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells by microfluidic chip. Methods Avidin was adsorbed onto the reaction room. The aptamers were adsorbed onto the reaction room by biotin- avidin reaction. Naso- pharyngeal carcinoma cells were captured in reaction room. The nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells were washed down and calculated the cell capturing rate. Results The Microfluidic Device could capture the nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells, the capturing rate was 90%. Conclusion Microfluidic chip is good in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
