摘　　要：目的观察新辅助化疗对直肠癌患者肿瘤标志物与疾病复发转移指标的影响。方法选取54例直肠癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规手术治疗组)27例和观察组(术前新辅助化疗组)27例,然后检测两组患者治疗前和术后不同时间的肿瘤标志物与疾病复发转移相关指标并进行比较。结果治疗前两组患者的肿瘤标志物与疾病复发转移相关指标比较,P均>0.05,而术后不同时间观察组的肿瘤标志物与疾病复发转移相关指标表达均低于对照组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论新辅助化疗可明显降低直肠癌患者的肿瘤标志物与疾病复发转移指标的表达,因此认为新辅助化疗在直肠癌患者中的应用价值较高。Objective To observe the influence status of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on the tumor markers and disease recurrence and metastasis related indexes of patients with rectal cancer. Methods 54 patients with rectal cancer were selected as the research object, and they were randomly divided into the control group （routine operation group） and the observation group （preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy group）, each with 27 cases, then the tumor markers and disease recurrence and metasta- sis related indexes of the 2 groups before the treatment and at different time after the operation were detected and compared. Re- suits The tumor markers and disease recurrence and metastasis related indexes of the 2 groups before the treatment were com- pared, all P 〉 0.05, while the tumor markers and disease recurrence and metastasis related indexes＇expression of the observation group at different time after the operation were all lower than those of the control group, all P 〈 0.05, there had significant differ- ences. Conclusion The neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly decrease the tumor markers and disease recurrence and me- tastasis related indexes of patients with rectal cancer, so the application value of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in the patients with rectal cancer is higher.
