摘　　要：目的 分析探讨OCT 在眼底黄斑疾病筛查中的应用效果.方法 给予142例在本院行眼底黄斑病筛查的人群OCT眼底黄斑疾病筛查,观察其筛查结果.结果 142例受检者眼底黄斑病筛查结果为：黄斑裂孔符合率为100%,单纯性黄斑出血符合率为96.88%,劈裂符合率为97.22%,黄斑视网膜前膜符合率96.15%.结论 在眼底黄斑部疾病筛查中,应用OCT能够有效提高眼底黄斑部疾病筛查效果和确诊率,进而为临床治疗提供可靠的参考依据.Objective To analyze OCT in the application of fundus macular disease screening effect.Methods For 142 cases in our line of fundus macular disease screening crowd OCT fundus macular disease screening,observe its screening resultsResults 142 cases of client fundus macular disease screening results：macular split empty coincidence rate was 99.30%,and idiopathic macular hemorrhage coincidence rate was 98.59%,the macular area of retina fission coincidence rate was 97.89%,before the macular retinal membrane coincidence rate 97.18%.Conclusion In fundus macular disease screening,application of OCT can effectively improve the effect of fundus macular disease screening and diagnosis rate,and provide a reliable reference basis for clinical treatment.
