生物心理社会医学模式对双相情感障碍躁狂患者生活质量及认知功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察生物心理社会医学护理模式对双相情感障碍躁狂患者生活质量及认知功能的影响.方法 选取本院2014年3月至2016年3月接收的双相情感躁狂患者92例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组各46例.2组均接受常规药物治疗,对照组实施精神科常规护理,研究组实施生物心理社会医学模式护理.比较护理前后2组Beek-Rafelsen躁狂量表（BRME）评分、生活质量调查表（SF-36）、韦氏记忆量表（WMS）评分和韦氏成人智力量表（WAIS-RC）评分.结果 护理后,2组患者BRM E评分均比护理前显著降低（P〈0.05）,且研究组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;护理后,2组患者SF-36评分均比护理前显著升高（P〈0.05）,且研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;护理后,2组WMS、WAIS-RC各项评分均比护理前显著升高（P〈0. 05）,且研究组显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论 生物心理社会医学模式护理能够提高双相情感障碍躁狂患者生活质量,改善其认知功能.Objective To observe the influence of biopsychosocial medical model on quality of life and cognitive function of manic patients with bipolar disorder.Methods 92 cases of manic patients with bipolar disorder treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected,and were divided into control group and study group randomly,46 cases in each group.All the two groups were given routine drug treatment,and the control group were given psychiatric routine nursing,and the study group were given biopsychosocial medical model nursing.Beek-Rafelsen mania scale （Bech-Rafaelsdn mania rating scale,BRM E）score,quality of life inventory （short-form health survey,SF-36）and Wechsler Memory Scale （WMS） score,and Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale（WAIS-RC）score were compared in the two groups.Results After nursing,BRME score was significantly lower than that before nursing in the two groups （P〈0.05）,and that in the study group were significantly lower than thar in the control group （P〈0.05）.SF-36 score were significantly higher than that before nursing in the two groups （P〈0.05）,and that in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.After nursing,WMS and WAIS-RC scores were significantly higher than those before nursing in the two groups （P〈0.05）,and those in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Biopsychosocial nursing can improve quality of life of manic patients with bipolar disor-der,and improve cognitive function.
