摘  要:测试鱼雷全雷自由模态时,存在楔环连接刚度对全雷各阶模态频率的影响程度不同的现象,为了解其模态特性,研究了其自由边界状态下的非线性特性,并从模态灵敏度的角度分析了楔环连接结构的模态特性。通过有限元仿真计算和不同激励力下的自由模态试验发现,随着激励力的增大,鱼雷舱段壳体自由模态频率减小,楔环连接结构的接触刚度变小,具有非线性特性;对于同一阶模态频率,鱼雷舱段壳体模态频率对于楔环连接结构的刚度灵敏度越大,楔环连接刚度的改变对于舱段壳体模态频率的影响就越大。该结果可为设计鱼雷壳体结构及其环境适应性提供参考。To solve the problem that in the free modal test of whole torpedo, the wedge-ring connection stiffness im- poses different influences on its modal frequencies, this paper studies the nonlinear characteristic in free boundary con- dition, and analyzes the modal characteristic based on modal sensitivity. Finite element simulation and free modal test under different exciting forces are conducted to reveal the modal characteristic. The result shows that with the increase of the exciting force, the torpedo cabin shell's modal frequency and the contact stiffness of the wedge-ring connection structure decrease with obvious nonlinear characteristic; For the same order of modal frequency, the higher the sensitiv- ity of modal frequency to connection stiffness is, the greater the influence of connection stiffness change on modal fre- quency becomes. This research may provide a reference for designs of torpedo's shell structure and environmental adaptability.
