摘  要:电力设备自动化程度不断提高,变电站巡检工作自动化、智能化是当今的发展趋势。传统变电站巡检工作依靠人工巡视,通过感官来判断设备的运行状态,存在安全事故隐患。结合中国电力科学研究院2011年电网运行统计报告分析变电站设备人工巡检弊端,在对巡检机器人进行介绍的基础上,设计巡检机器人移动车体、通讯系统和中央监控系统,并对红外热成像原理、高清摄像机和双向音频系统进行阐述。The degree of automation of power equipment has been continuously improved, and the automation and intelligence of substation patrol are the trend of today's development. The tradition- al substation patrol is based on manual inspection, which determines the operating status of the equipment through the senses, and there is a danger of safety accident. Combining with the electric power research institute of China power grid operation statistics report for 2011 disadvantages analysis substation equipment manual inspection, the inspection robot for is introduced on the basis of the inspection robot design mobile ear body and the central monitoring system, communication system, and the infrared thermal imaging principle, high-definition cameras and two-way audio system.
