白内障合并青光眼患者围术期护理干预分析

摘　　要：目的总结白内障合并青光眼患者围术期护理的干预方案以及价值。方法选择90例白内障合并青光眼患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组(n=45,综合护理)以及对照组(n=45,基础护理)。对比两组白内障合并青光眼患者护理满意度、护理后焦虑抑郁情绪评分以及生活质量评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度以及生活质量评分均高于对照组,焦虑抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期综合护理干预有利于白内障合并青光眼患者负性情绪的改善、生活质量以及护理满意度的提高。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing intervention program and its value in patients with cataract combined with glaucoma. Methods 90 patients who underwent cataract combined with glaucoma surgery were randomly divided into the observation group（n=45, comprehensive care） and the control group（n=45, basic care）. The glaucoma nursing satisfaction, anxiety and depression scores and quality of life score after nursing were compared between two groups of patients with cataract combined with glaucoma. Results The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to the improvement of negative emotion, quality of life and the improvement of nursing satisfaction in patients with cataract and glaucoma.
