超声引导下与传统星状神经节阻滞治疗轻中度焦虑症对比研究

摘　　要：目的对比超声引导下与传统星状神经节阻滞对轻中度焦虑症患者的临床效果。方法选取30例轻度焦虑症(SAS评分50~59分)及31例中度焦虑症(SAS评分60~69分)共61例患者(观察组),采用超声引导下星状神经节阻滞,以采用传统星状神经节阻滞治疗的60例轻中度焦虑症患者为对照组,观察VAS评分、穿刺成功率、霍纳征发生率及并发症发生情况,对比轻度焦虑症与中度焦虑症患者的治疗效果。结果观察组VAS评分明显低于对照组,穿刺成功率、霍纳征发生率均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=8.935,P<0.05)。轻度焦虑症患者的总有效率高于中度焦虑症,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.952,P<0.01)。结论超声引导下星状神经节阻滞能够有效减轻疼痛感,提高穿刺成功率及阻滞效果,对轻度焦虑症的效果突出,且安全性较高。Objective To contrast the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block for patients with mild or moderate anxiety .Methods Sixty-one anxiety patients treated by ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block were selected ,including 30 with mild anxiety （SAS score 50-59） and 31 with moderate anxiety （SAS score 60-69） ,were assigned to the observation group ;another 60 patients with mild or moderate anxiety receiving treatment with conventional stellate ganglion block were assigned to the control group .The VAS score ,puncture success rate ,incidence of Horner＆#39;s sign ,and incidence of complications were observed and compared between the two groups .Results Compared with the control group ,the VAS score was lower ,and the puncture suc-cess rate and incidence of Horner＆#39;s sign were higher in the observation group ,all with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05） .The incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than that in the control group ,with statistically signifi-cant difference （χ2 =8.935 ,P〈0.05） .The overall response rate was higher in patients with mild anxiety than that in those with moderate anxiety ,with statistically significant difference （χ2 =6.952 ,P〈0.01） .Conclusion Ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block could effectively reduce pain and improve the puncture success rate and block effect ,with more evident effects for mild anxie-ty and favorable safety profile .
