摘 要:以胡椒瘟病菌(Phytophthora capsici)为供试病原菌,用生长速率法测试了10种化合物对其离体抑菌活性。结果表明,当供试浓度为2 000 mg/L时,腈菌唑、戊唑醇、三环唑和嘧霉胺的抑菌活性均达到了60%以上,其中腈菌唑和三环唑抑菌活性最高,抑菌率分别达到了85.16%和100%,对胡椒瘟病菌菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用,该两种化合物值得进一步研究开发。The antifungal activity of 10 compounds were tested by growth rate method with Phytophthora capsici. The results showed that when the concentration were 2000 mg/L, Myclobutanil, Tebuconazole, Tricyclazole and Pyrimethanil antifun'gal activity were more than 60%, Myclobutanil and Tricyclazole had high inhibitory rate to 85.16% and 100%,respectively. These two compounds had obvious inhibition to the growth of Phytophthora capsici mycelia. It was worth to have further research.
