摘 要:以榴莲壳和柚子皮为原料,采用盐酸提取乙醇沉淀的方法提取果胶,使用紫外可见分光光度计测定不同pH下提取出果胶对苯甲酸、二苯甲醇、乙酰苯胺、肉桂酸的吸附性能.实验结果表明:对于同一种原料,提取剂pH2.0的产率比pH3.0的产率高;提取剂pH相同时,榴莲壳果胶产率比柚子皮果胶产率高;溶剂配比不同,对四种有机化合物的吸附率也不同;在相同吸附溶剂中,榴莲壳果胶对四种化合物的吸附率要比柚子皮果胶对这四种化合物的吸附率高1倍.The pectin was extracted by ethanol precipitation from durio zibethinus shell and citrus maxima peel at different pH and the yield of the pectin was calculated at different pH. The adsorption of durio zibethinus pectin and citrus maxima pectin on organic compounds is determinated with UV, such as benzoic acid, benzhydryl alcohol, acetanilide, cinnamic acid. Then the adsorption capacity of durio zibethinus pectin and citrus maxima pectin on organic compounds is evaluated by adsorption rate. The results showed that the yield of durio zibethinus pectin at pH 2.0 was higher than that of pH3.0 in the same raw material and the yield of durio zibethinus pectin was higher than that of citrus maxima pectin when the pH of extract was the same. Solvent ratio is different, the adsorption rate of the pectin on four organic compounds are also different.The adsorption rate of durio zibethinus pectin was higher than that of citrus maxima pectin in the same solvent and the adsorption rate of durio zibethinus pectin was higher than that of the citrus maxima pectin.
