摘 要:目的:观察认知护理干预在口腔科门诊就诊患者中的应用价值。方法:选择我院2016年1月~2017年3月口腔疾病患者40例作为研究对象,收治时间随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,分别给予认知护理干预措施与常规护理措施,观察比较两组患者口腔疾病患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分、护理满意度、相关疾病知晓度。结果:观察组患者干预后1周、2周、1个月的焦虑评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后1周、2周、1个月的抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的相关疾病知晓度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对口腔门诊患者应用认知护理干预,可以缓解其负面情绪,提高其护理满意度,从而改善其生活质量,值得临床推广和应用。Objective: To observe the application value of cognitive nursing intervention in outpatient clinic patients in department of stomatology. Methods:A total of 40 patients with oral diseases in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the objects for study. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with cognitive nursing intervention and routine nursing measures respectively. The anxiety score,depression score,nursing satisfaction,and disease awareness degree were observed and compared between the patients with oral diseases in the two groups. Results:After intervention,the anxiety score and depression score of patients in the observation group one week,two weeks and one month after intervention were lower than those in the control group( P 〈 0. 05); the nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P 〈0. 05); the awareness of related diseases of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The application of cognitive nursing intervention to oral outpatients can alleviate their negative emotions,improve their nursing satisfaction and their quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
