手术切口决策树在切口分类中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨手术切口决策树在提高手术室护士评估切口分类水平中的应用效果。方法:对手术室护士进行专业培训,随机抽取培训前2015年11月~2016年5月,培训后2016年8月~2017年2月的手术医师的切口分类及手术室护士手术切口分类进行统计分析。结果:培训后手术室护士的分类得分正确率提高,术后切口感染率降低。结论:应用决策树后,手术室护士的分类得分有很大提高,手术切口决策树值得推荐使用。Objective： To explore the effect of decision tree of surgical incision in improving the evaluation of the level of incision classification of nurses in operating room. Methods： To conduct professional training for operating room nurses,randomly select and analyze the incision classification of the surgeons and operating room nurses from November 2015 to May 2016 before training and from August 2016 to February 2017 after training. Results： After training,the correct rate of classification score of operating room nurses was improved,and the after operation infection rate of incision was decreased. Conclusion： After the application of decision tree,the classification score of nurses in operation room had been greatly improved,and the decision tree of surgical incision was worthy of recommendation.
