摘  要:目的:了解"95后"护理本科生对护患纠纷的认知现状并分析,为进一步的研究提供参考。方法:采用自制问卷对367名在校护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果:"95后"护理本科生对护患纠纷的认识主要来源于公共媒体及社会传闻;认为引发护患纠纷的主要原因是护患沟通,其次为患者或家属、护士;74.93%的"95后"护理本科生认为护患纠纷对自身择业有影响;98.91%的"95后"护理本科生认为在校期间有必要进行防范护患纠纷教育。结论:"95后"护理本科生对护患关系的形势处于较为悲观的态度,帮助其早期树立正确护患观念,强化法制教育,掌握护患纠纷的防范技巧有着非常重要的意义。Objective: To understand and analyze the cognitive status quo of nurse-patient disputes of the " post-1995 post" nursing undergraduates,and to provide reference for further research. Methods: Self-made questionnaires were adopted to investigate 367 nursing undergraduates. Results: The main sources of the " post-1995" nursing undergraduates’ understanding about nurse-patient disputes were public media and social rumors; they believed that the major cause of nurse-patient disputes was the communication between nurses and patients,followed by patients or their families and nurses; 74. 93%of the " post-1995" nursing undergraduates believed that there would be an impact of nurse-patient disputes on their job selection; 98. 91% of the " post-1995" nursing undergraduates believed prevention education of nurse-patient disputes necessary during school. Conclusion: The " post-1995" nursing undergraduates are pessimistic about the situation of nurse-patient relationship. It is of great importance to help them set up the correct concept of nurse and patient,strengthen legal education and grasp the prevention skills of nurse patient disputes.
