摘　　要：目的观察高强度聚焦超声治疗胰岛素瘤的临床效果。方法对10例典型的反复无诱因自发性低血糖的胰岛素瘤患者采用HIFU刀治疗,治疗后观察胰岛素和血糖的变化。结果 HIFU刀能够无创性地直接消融胰岛素瘤,10例患者的血清胰岛素和空腹血糖在HIFU刀术后1周均恢复至正常水平,较术前有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论 HIFU刀是治疗胰岛素瘤的一种无创性安全有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound（HIFU）in treating spontaneous hypoglycemic insulinoma.Methods Ten patients with typical repeated spontaneous hypoglycemic insulinoma without predisposing causes were treated by HIFU.The changes of insulin and blood sugar were observed after treatment.Results HIFU could non-invasively and directly ablate insulinoma.The insulin level and fasting blood glucose level recovered to the normal levels at postoperative 1 week and significantly improved compared with before operation（P0.05）.Conclusion HIFU is a non-invasive,safe and effective method for treating insulinoma.
