摘  要:采用微波法提取无花果叶中的总黄酮,考察乙醇体积分数、液料比、提取功率、提取时间对总黄酮提取率的影响,并进行四因素四水平正交试验,得到总黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数90%,液料比55∶1(mL/g),提取功率200 W,提取时间3 min,黄酮的含量为20.56 mg/g;该提取物对DPPH自由基去除率达66.67%,羟基自由基去除率达30.49%,证明其具有较好的体外抗氧化能力。Microwave-assisted flavonoids extraction from Ficus carica leaves and the best experimental conditions were studied. Total flavonoids were determined in Ficus carica leaves. The result showed that the optimal extraction condition as follows:alcohol concentration was 90 %,material-water ratio was 55 ∶ 1mL/g,extraction power was 200 W,reflux time was 3 min and the flavonoid extraction rate from Ficus carica leaves were 20.56 mg/g. The extract showed that the DPPH clearance rate was 66.67 %,the removal of·OH was 30.49 %,it was proved that it had good anti-oxidative activity.
