摘　　要：战略性新兴产业成长潜力大、综合效益好,已成为转方式、调结构、稳增长的重要力量。然而,不同阶段的战略性新兴产业发展水平存在一定差异,相关产业培育方向与发展战略的制定亦不可一概而论。通过构建战略性新兴产业发展阶段与成长导向评估体系,有效区分战略性新兴产业发展阶段,并据此选择合适的成长导向,研究结论可为处在不同发展阶段的战略性新兴产业成长导向的选择提供借鉴。With Growth potential and comprehensive benefits,strategic emerging industry has become the important force of transferring mode,adjusting the structure and steadying growth However,there is a certain difference in different stages of the development of emerging industries,and the related industries cultivation direction and development strategy formulation also cannot treat as the same.This paper builds an evaluation system of the development stage and growth oriented for strategic emerging industries,which can effectively distinguish the stage for the development of strategic emerging industries,and accordingly to choose the suitable growth oriented.The research conclusions can provide reference for the growth oriented choice of the strategic emerging industry in different stages of development.
