摘 要:采用杨木和落叶松疏解单板制备重组木,参照我国三循环水煮标准和美国六循环试验方法标准加速老化处理,并测定其力学性能和尺寸稳定性。结果表明:两种老化处理后重组木的力学性能和尺寸稳定性均下降,但抗弯性能仍能满足GB/T20241-2006《单板层积材》中结构用材的要求,尺寸稳定性满足GB/T30364-2013《重组竹地板》中室外地板的要求;三循环水煮试验条件较六循环试验条件更严酷,适用于对使用性能要求更高的重组木的性能评价。Poplar and larch veneers were used to manufacture wood scrimber samples, respectively. Mechanical properties and dimensional stability of the samples were evaluated by two accelerated aging test standards, like ASTM D 1037-2006a “ Standard Test Methods for Evaluating Properties of Wood-Base Fiber and Particle Panel Materials” and GB/T 17657-2013 “Test Methods for Evaluating the Properties of Wood- based Panels and Surface Decorated Wood-based Panels”Testing results showed that modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), compression strength (CS), shear strength (SS) and dimensional stability of the samples were all declined, but the MOR, MOE and dimensional stability could still meet the requirements of the Chinese Standard GB/T 20241-2006 for structural material and GB/T 30364-2013 for outdoor floor use. Finally, it was found that test conditions of GB/T 17657-2013 were stricter than that of ASTM D 1037-2006a.
