学术环境对研究生学术失范行为的影响研究——以工商管理类专业为例

摘　　要：研究生学术失范的根源之一,是学术生态环境的恶化。通过国内三所高校中工商管理类专业一年级在读研究生的483份有效问卷数据,以及因子分析发现,学术生态环境包括学术态度不端、学术道德失范和学术能力不足三个维度,学术失范行为倾向性包含学术目的与过程失范、学术结果与发表失范两个维度。运用典型相关分析发现,学术生态环境与学术失范行为倾向性正相关,研究生学术能力不足对学术目的与过程失范影响最大。The deterioration of ecological environment leads graduates to academic misconduct. Based on 483 valid questionnaires data from first -year graduates who major in Business Administration from three domes- tic universities, this paper shows that we can use the academic misconduct, academic ethics anomie and acade- mic ability inadequacy to describe the academic ecological environment by Factor Analysis. Besides that, aca- demic misconduct tendency can be described by the purpose and process of academic misconduct as long as the results and publishing of academic misconduct. Finally, according to canonical correlation analysis, we find that academic environment is positively correlated with academic misconduct. In particular, academic ability inade- quacy has a deep impact on the purpose and process of academic misconduct.
