摘　　要：文章从利益相关者角度出发,提出了航空物流企业社会责任水平的帆船模型和HRS三维评价指标体系;通过犹豫三角模糊数先求出λ值再确定评价指标的模糊测度;考虑到评价指标之间不可避免的相关性,采用Choquet模糊积分对航空物流企业社会责任水平进行分析,明确航空物流企业在提高社会责任水平时应该关注的要素;最后,结合对东方航空物流公司的具体评价,说明航空物流企业社会责任水平评价从定性分析到定量研究转变的可行性。From the perspective of stakeholders, this paperputs forward the sailing model and HRS three-dimensionalevaluation index system of the social responsibility of aviation logistics enterprises. Finding the value of by hesitating triangular fuzzy number to and then determine the evaluationindex of the fuzzy measure; taking the inevitable correlationbetween the evaluation indexes into account, Choquet fuzzy integral is used to analyze the level of social responsibility ofaviation logistics enterprises, and find out the factors thatshould be paid attention to when the aviation logistics enterprises need to raise the level of social responsibility. Finally,it combined with the specific evaluation of Eastern Air Logistics Company to show the feasibility of the evaluation of thelevel of social responsibility of aviation logistics enterprisesfrom qualitative analysis to quantitative research.
