摘　　要：本文从师德师风的概念、相互关系谈起,对高校师德师风的定位及优势的详细阐述以及现状的深入分析,提出高校图书馆开展师德师风建设的创新策略。This paper illustrates the orientation and advantage of teaching ethics in universities,then analyzes the status drastically and finally puts forward the creation strategies.
