企业家精神主导下的企业国际化发展研究

摘　　要：企业家精神是企业家的本质规定,是企业家人力资本的核心,具有较强的异质性。企业的国际化发展离不开企业家和企业家精神的主导,企业的国际化首先是人的国际化,特别是企业家思维和行动的国际化。企业家创新精神产生了企业国际化发展的动机,企业家敬业精神决定了企业国际化发展的水平,企业家社会精神保障了企业国际化发展的可持续性。弘扬企业家精神,能够推进企业国际化发展:激发企业家创新精神可以优化企业国际化发展战略,完善企业家激励措施可以提升企业国际化发展水平,强化企业家社会责任感可以加大企业国际化发展力度。Entrepreneurship is the essential rule of entrepreneur and the core of entrepreneur human capital, which has strong heterogeneity. The internationalization of enterprises is inseparable from the leadership of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur. The internationalization of enterprises is primarily the internationalization of human beings,especially the internationalization of entrepreneurs' thinking and action. Enterprisers' innovative spirit has produced the motive for the development of enterprises' internationalization. The entrepreneurs' professionalism determines the degree of internationalization of enterprises,and the social spirit of entrepreneurs guarantees the sustainability of the development of enterprises 'internationalization. To promote entrepreneurship can promote the development of enterprises 'internationalization. To stimulate the innovative spirit of entrepreneurs can optimize enterprises' internationalization development strategy. To improve the incentive measures can promote the development of enterprise internationalization. To strengthen the social responsibility of entrepreneurs can increase development efforts of the enterprise internationalization.
