摘 要:目的对本院2008—2013年发表的SCI论文和统计源期刊论文情况进行回顾分析,评价本院科技论文核心作者群情况;以及院人才培养计划对核心作者群支持情况,为科研管理部门提供信息参考。方法应用文献计量学并根据普赖斯公式,对本院2008—2013年SCI和国内统计源期刊收录的科技论文进行统计分析。结果本院论文发表SCI核心作者群已形成;进一步分析核心作者的发文情况,以及核心作者入选本院人才培养项目情况,显示核心作者群是本院科技论文发表的中坚力量,核心作者入选院人才培养计划率为72.7%,是人才培养计划的主要入选者。结论医院创新人才培养机制对医院科技人员的科技产出、科研能力的培养起到积极的作用。Objective The article retrospectively analyzed the articles in our hospital which published on SCI and statistical journals from 2008 to 2013. Based on the result,the article assessed the current situation of core-authors group and the effect of training system for innovation in hospital. All these information could be useful reference for management department. Methods The analysis in this article is based on the bibliometrics and price formula. Results According to the results,we confirmed that the SCI core authors group was formed. Further analysis of core authors,including the rate core authors selected in personnel training plan of our hospital,showed the core-authors group was already the main force of scientific papers published in our hospital. 72. 7%core authors were selected in training program. They were the main candidates for the training program. Conclusion These results show that the training system for innovation has played a positive role in promotion of scientific output and personal scientific research ability.
