摘　　要：目的分析2015年吉林省毒蕈中毒事件的流行特征,为制定预防毒蕈中毒措施提供依据。方法通过"中国疾病预防控制系统突发公共卫生事件管理信息系统"和"食源性疾病暴发报告系统"查询2015年吉林省网络报告的毒蕈中毒事件,对其流行病学特征进行描述性分析和统计学检验。结果 2015年吉林省共报告野生毒蕈中毒事件33起,中毒107人,死亡2人,病死率为1.87%。中毒事件主要发生在7-9月份;吉林市、辽源市和延边州是毒蕈中毒的高发地区;家庭是毒蕈中毒的主要发生场所,家庭毒蕈中毒事件占中毒事件总数的90.91%;农村毒蕈中毒事件发生率(73.33%)高于城市(26.67%)。结论毒蕈中毒是吉林省食物中毒致死亡的主要原因,应采取相应措施对高发季节和高发地区人群进行重点监测和管理,提高居民的自我保护能力。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of mushroom poisoning in Jilin province in 2015,and to provide reference for early warning and prevention of the poisoning.Methods The descriptive analysis and statistical test were conducted on the incidence data of mushroom poisoning events in Jilin Province reported through ＂Public Health Emergency Reporting System of China Disease Prevention and Control System＂and＂Food Borne Disease Outbreak Reporting System＂in 2015. Results A total of 33 mushroom poisoning events were reported with 107 poisoning cases and 2 deaths in Jilin Province in 2015.The case fatality was 1.87%.The majority of the mushroom poisoning events occurred during July to September. More mushroom poisoning events were reported in Jilin,Liaoyuan and Yanbian districts.The most of the mushroom poisonings occured in the home sittings,accounting for 90.91% of total number of mushroom poisoning,and the prevalence rate of the poisoning events caused by the mushroom in rural areas was higher than urban areas.Conclusion Deaths caused by mushroom poisoning is the main causes of food poisoning deaths. Appropriate countermeasures such as timely warning,health education,improving diagnosis,treatment,testing and on-site treatment capacity should be taken during high occurrences seasons and in high incidence provinces.
