微血管密度与基质金属蛋白酶2在鼻咽癌中的表达及其放疗敏感性与转移风险的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微血管密度(MVD)与基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在鼻咽癌(NPC)中的表达及其放疗敏感性与转移风险的相关性。方法选取112例NPC患者为研究组,另选取同期收治的110例慢性鼻咽炎患者为对照组。检测两组患者黏膜组织中MVD及MMP-2的表达情况,统计分析研究组MMP-2及MVD与放疗敏感性的关系。随访2年后,统计分析研究组MMP-2及MVD与转移风险的相关性。结果研究组MVD及MMP-2表达水平均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01);MMP-2与V50/V0、V70、V6m肿瘤体积缩小百分比呈负相关(r1=-0.441,r2=-0.406,r3=-0.403,P﹤0.05);MVD与V50/V0、V70、V6m肿瘤体积缩小百分比呈负相关(r1=-0.217,r2=-0.336,r3=-0.246,P﹤0.05);远处转移组MVD及MMP-2表达水平均明显高于未远处转移组(P﹤0.01)。结论 NPC患者MVD及MMP-2呈高表达状态,且与放疗敏感性、转移风险具有密切相关性。Objective To investigate the expression of micro-vessel density（MVD） and matrix metalloproteinase-2（MMP-2） in nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） and the correlation between radiosensitivity and risk of metastasis. Method112 patients with NPC were enrolled as study group, another 110 patients with chronic nasopharyngitis were included as control group.The expression of MVD and MMP-2 in the mucosa tissues of all patients were detected. The relationship between MMP-2 and MVD and radiosensitivity were statistically analyzed. After 2 years of follow-up, statistical analysis was conducted to investigate the association between MMP-2 and MVD and the risk of metastasis. Result The expression of MMP-2 and MVD in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P〈0.01）. There was a negative correlation between MMP-2 and V50/V0, V70 and V6 m, the percentage of tumor volume reduction（r1=-0.441, r2=-0.406,r3=-0.403, P〈0.05）; similarly, there was a negative correlation between MVD and V50/V0, V70 and V6 m（r1=-0.217, r2=-0.336,r3=-0.246, P〈0.05）; the expression of MMP-2 and MVD in patients with distant metastases were significantly higher than in those without distant metastases（P〈0.01）. Conclusion MVD and MMP-2 are highly expressed in patients with NPC,and they are closely correlated with the radiosensitivity and risk of metastasis.
