摘  要:目的研究乙酰肝素酶mRNA及CD34在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况与乳腺癌病理特征及肿瘤微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法选取手术治疗的乳腺癌患者120例,取其乳腺癌组织标本120例作为研究组,对应取其癌旁正常乳腺组织标本120例作为对照组。观察检测患者乙酰肝素酶m RNA及CD34在组织标本中的表达情况,并分析其与乳腺癌病理特征及MVD的关系。结果研究组标本乙酰肝素酶mRNA阳性表达率(70.83%)明显高于对照组(24.17%),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);研究组中肿瘤直径大、TNM分期晚、病理分级高及淋巴结转移程度重的患者乙酰肝素酶mRNA阳性表达率高,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);研究组阳性表达标本的MVD值(58.49±17.44)明显高于阴性表达标本的MVD值(40.41±9.08),差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论乙酰肝素酶mRNA可能与乳腺癌的演变过程有一定的关系,且与乳腺癌的侵袭、转移及新生血管生成等有关。Objective To study the expression of heparanase m RNA and CD34 in breast cancer tissues and the relationship between the pathological features and the microvascular density(MVD) of the breast cancer. Method 120 cases of breast cancer were included in the study, from which 120 samples of breast cancer tissues were collected as the study group, and another 120 samples of adjacent normal breast tissues were collected as control group. The expression of heparanase m RNA and CD34 in the tissue specimens were observed and the relationship between the expression of heparanase and the pathological features of breast cancer and MVD was analyzed. Result The positive expression rate of heparanase m RNA in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.83% vs 24.17%), the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01); in study group, patients with greater diameter of tumor, higher TNM stage,higher pathological grades and more lymph node metastases were observed with higher positive rate of heparanase m RNA, and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01); the MVD value in specimens with positive expressions in study group was(58.49 ± 17.44), which was significantly higher than specimens with negative expression at(40.41 ±9.08), with statistically significant differences observed(P〈0.01). Conclusion Heparanase m RNA may be related to the evolution of breast cancer, and it is associated with the invasion, metastasis and the angiogenesis in breast cancer.
