摘 要:针对水生态指标客观性和主观性的特征,研究提出将主成分分析法与德尔菲法(一种专家调查法)相结合的综合筛选方法,构建了生态指标动态筛选模型,并编写了计算程序。在分析辽河干流生态系统的健康和生态风险评估需求的基础上,构建了分类别、分级别、分层次的辽河干流水生态指标体系。利用辽河干流的水生态监测数据,采用综合筛选方法对25个生态指标进行筛选,按各指标的敏感性和重要性给出了综合评分和排序。该成果可期为优化辽河干流保护区生态监测网络提供技术支持。Considering the water ecological indexes ' objective and subjective properties,this paper tried a new indexes screening method based on the principal component method and the Delphi method( a kind of expert investigation method). In order to estimate the health level of ecosystem in main stream of Liao River,and serve for risk evaluation and warning,a water ecological index system which included subjects,levels and gradations information was established. The calculation model was established and programmed. Twenty-five indicators were screened with this comprehensive method base on the monitoring water ecological data in the main stream of Liao River. Each indicator was scored,and this was expected to provide technical support for the optimization of water ecological monitoring network in the main stream of Liao River.
