摘 要:文章研究的目的是针对某型加固计算机的抗恶劣环境特性,提出了一种全方位的防腐设计技术。本项技术从基体材料与表面防护层选择及结构设计形式两个方面分别进行阐述,基体材料与表面防护层选择从框架、前后面板、内部等三个要点进行展开,结构设计方面主要围绕密封与散热槽的设计形式进行分析。采用本设计技术研制的加固计算机进行了相关试验验证。试验结果表明,该防腐设计技术在满足计算机功能和性能的基础上,提升了加固计算机的抗恶劣环境特性指标。The purpose of this paper is to provide a kind of integrated anticorrosive design technique for the anti-environmental characteristics of strengthening computer. This paper expounds the selection structure form of base material and surface protection layer, the base material and surface protection layer discus from the frame, front and rear panel, internal parts and so on; the design of structural design mainly revolves around the design of seal and heat sink. The reinforced computer developed by this design has been tested and verified. The results show that the integrated anti-corrosion design technology can improve the anti-environmental characteristics of the computer based on the function and performance of computer.
