下颌磨牙区多生牙自体移植修复第二前磨牙一例

摘　　要：多生牙是一种牙齿数目多于人体生理牙数的牙齿发育异常,多见于上颌前牙区,而磨牙区少见。多生牙可引起许多并发症,影响美观及功能。临床上对于已萌出或埋伏的多生牙大多采取手术拔除,目前国内关于多生牙自体移植修复缺失牙的报道很少。本文介绍1例下颌磨牙区多生牙自体移植修复第二前磨牙且术后1年临床效果满意的病例,现报道如下。Supernumerary teeth is one of the teeth dysplasia that the number of teeth exceeded normal.Most of supernumerary teeth reported were located in anterior teeth region,while rare cases were reported in molar region.Supernumerary teeth can cause many complications,affecting the appearance and function of patients.Most of supernumerary teeth were pulled out.There were very few essays reporting that supernumerary teeth repair the missing teeth by autotransplantation.This article reported a case that supernumerary teeth in the mandibular molar region repaired the second premolar successfully by autotransplantation,and the clinical results were satisfactory after one year.
