摘　　要：目的:探讨使用机器人辅助阴道再造术患者围手术期的护理措施。方法:对西安交通大学第一附属医院烧伤整形科2017年1月-4月收治的2例应用机器人辅助阴道再造术的患者给予综合护理干预。结果:2例患者实施机器人辅助阴道再造术,半年后复查,术后效果满意,无并发症发生,患者焦虑和抑郁情绪明显改善。结论:使用机器人辅助阴道再造术的患者围手术期优质综合护理干预可提高患者手术应对能力,有效促进伤口愈合,降低术后并发症发生率,积极改善患者心理焦虑状况,促进术后康复。Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of patients with robot assisted vaginal reconstruction.Methods Two patients with robot assisted vaginal reconstruction treated in department of burn and plastic surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi＆#39;an Jiaotong University from January to April 2017 were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results Robot assisted vaginal reconstruction was applied to the two patients.After six months review,the postoperative effect were satisfactory,no complications occurred,and the patient＆#39;s anxiety and depression significantly improved.Conclusion Applying perioperative quality comprehensive nursing intervention to patients with robot assisted vaginal reconstruction can improve the operation ability of patients,effectively promote wound healing,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,improve the psychological anxiety of patients suffering congenital absence of vagina,and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
