摘　　要：经济欠发达地区高职院校面临云计算技术与应用专业建设经费紧张等问题。研究利用Iaa S模式建设云计算技术与应用专业实训平台的必要性、利用公有云开展云计算技术与应用专业教学与实践的思路和方法,以及公有云的成本效用分析等,为建设"互联网+"环境下云计算技术与应用专业的课堂建设、教学和实训的开展提供一定的思路和借鉴。In the less developed areas, higher vocational colleges are faced with the problems of tight funds in the professional con.struction of cloud computing technology and application. This paper studies the necessity of using IaaS mode to construct profession.al training platform of cloud computing technology and application, the ideas and methods of carrying out professional teaching andpractice of cloud computing technology and application in the use of public cloud, and cost utility analysis of the public cloud to pro.vide thinking and reference for the construction of classroom, teaching and training of cloud computing technology and applicationspecialty under the environment of ＂internet plus＂.
