摘 要:印刷滚筒作为印刷机械的核心部件,常常因为使用酸性油墨、酒精等化工原料而腐蚀滚筒,导致局部塌陷或斑点。金属滚筒表面缺陷边缘是缺陷图像的主要特征之一,选用适当的边缘检测算子得到准确的边缘信息是金属滚筒表面图像处理的关键步骤。针对传统Canny算子边缘检测时出现假边缘的问题,提出利用最大类间方差法来自适应Canny算子的高、低阈值。首先利用改进的Canny算子进行边缘检测,得到边缘信息;然后再进行缺陷的定位和矢量化。利用该方法对印刷滚筒表面缺陷进行提取的实验结果表明,自适应Canny算子比传统的边缘检测方法得到的边缘连通性好,定位精度高,该方法能快速提取滚筒表面缺陷,具有较强的实用性。As the core component of printing machine, printing cylinder is often corroded by acidic ink, alcohol and other chemical raw materials, which leads to local collapse or spots. The edge defect of metal roller surface is one of the main features of defect image.Using proper edge detection operator to obtain accurate edge information is the key step of metal roller surface image processing.Aimed at the problem of false edge when using traditional Canny operator for edge detection, this paper uses maximum inter class variance to derive the high and low threshold values of Canny operator. First, use improved Canny operator for edge detection and get edge information; then do localization and vectorization of the defects. This results of the test that used this method to extract surface defects of printing cylinder shows that the result from adaptive Canny operator has better edge connectivity and higher positioning accuracy than the traditional edge detection method. This method can quickly extract the surface defects of roller, and has strong practicability
