摘　　要：计算机辅助设计(CAD)是食品科学与工程专业进行食品工厂设计、加工工艺设计以及从事相关专业工作必须掌握的绘图软件。文章分析了食品科学与工程专业《AutoCAD》教学现状中存在问题,并针对现状从课程交叉、案例引导和考试改革这几方面提出《AutoCAD》教学改革思路,并对阶段性成果进行了小结。CAD （Computer Aided Design） is an indispensable drawing software for food factory design, processing technologicaldesign, and for people who are engaged in related work. This paper analyzes problems existing in AutoCAD teaching of food scienceand engineering. It proposes reform ideas from respects of interdisciplinary course, case analysis and examination reform, then summa-rizes the phased results.
