大亚湾表层叶绿素浓度时空特征的遥感分析

摘  要:利用2003―2014年MODIS卫星遥感数据,采用EOF方法分析叶绿素浓度的时空变化特征,并探讨其影响机制。结果表明,大亚湾海域表层叶绿素浓度具有明显的时空分布特征,夏季最高,春季最低,由大亚湾顶向湾口递减,近岸高于离岸。EOF分析获得前3个模态的累积方差贡献率分别是32.5%,16.8%,8.5%,基本反映了大亚湾海域叶绿素浓度变化的主要过程。第1模态权重占绝对优势,其空间模态表明了大亚湾叶绿素浓度以霞涌至中央列岛一带海域为高值中心,变化较大区域主要位于中央列岛北部海域,第1模态的周期变化是13.3个月。第2模态主要体现为季节变化,功率谱显著周期为6个月和12个月,反映了叶绿素浓度的变化以白鹤洲为界东西两个不同的区域,高值区位于圣筑岛的东边,变率较大区域与第1模态基本一致。第3模态的方差贡献率是8.5%,高值区位于中央列岛中部和范和港南部海域,变率最大区域与第1、第2模态一致,第3模态的变化周期是8.57个月和17.14个月。大亚湾叶绿素浓度的分布及变化与海表面温度、降水、风、潮流,以及人类的影响密切相关。Based on MODIS satellite remote sensing data from 2003 to 2014, this study investigated the spatial-temporal distribution characteristics of chlorophyll a(chl-a) in Daya Bay using the empirical orthogonal function(EOF), and analyzed the relationship between chl-a distribution and influential factors. Results showed that the chl-a concentration in Daya Bay had consistent spatial-temporal characteristics with high value in summer and low value in spring. Furthermore, there was a decreasing trend from estuary to offshore. The cumulative contributions of the first 3 modes obtained by EOF analysis accounted for 32.5%,16.8%,8.5% of the total variance, respectivelywhich. This was mostly reflected in the major variation of chl-a concentrations in Daya Bay. The first EOF mode showed that high chl-a concentration occurred along the Xiayong and Central Islands. The variation center located in the northern Zhongyan Islands. The variation period of the first mode was 13.3 months. The second EOF mode displayed the seasonal variability with periods of 6 months and 12 month and the variation of chl-a concentration was different in the east and the west of Baihe Zhou. High chl-a concentration also appeared east of Shengzhu Island, with the variation center was located at the same region as it in the first mode. The variation center of the third EOF mode was located in the same region as it was in the first and second mode. The variation period was 8.57 and 17.14 months in the third mode. In summary, the distribution of chl-a in Daya Bay was related to the SST, wind, tidal current and the human activities.
