摘　　要：培养大学生的创新精神和创新能力,是我国中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要的重要内容,创新能力的培养首先需要培养大学生的思辨思维。目前在我国高校大学生理财教学中,普遍存在着思辨缺失现象。本文通过对思辨在大学生理财教学中的必要性和现状分析,研究了大学生理财教学中思辨的运用方式。To cultivate college students＇ innovative spirit and a-bility is an important part of the mid-and long-term plan for ed-ucation reform and development in our country. To cultivate in-novative ability, we must first cultivate students＇ critical thinking,but at present, there isa widespread lack of critical thinking incollege financial management teaching in our country. By analyz-ing the necessity and current situation of critical thinking in col-lege students＇ financial management teaching, this paper studiesthe ways of using critical thinking in college students＇ financialmanagement teaching.
