高职《物流运筹学》教学设计与实践的探讨

摘　　要：围绕高职人才培养目标,结合课程性质和学生实际情况,重组了物流运筹学教学内容,简化了相关理论知识,并在此基础之上制定课程设计思路和教学流程。以人力资源的配置为例演示如何分析问题、建模和利用运筹学软件Win QSB 2.0求解模型的过程。The paper focused on the training goal of higher vocational talents,combined with the actual situation of the course nature and students,then reorganized the teaching contents of logistics operations research,simplified the relevant theoretical knowledge,on this basis,then developed curriculum design ideas and teaching process.The paper take the allocation of human resources as an example to demonstrate how to analyze,model and use the software Win QSB 2 to solve model.
