摘　　要：当前,油田企业面临着资源接替、生产高成本、员工队伍稳定、安全环保等一系列经营风险,必须要逐步把全面风险管理引向各项管理工作中,将风险管控指标融入绩效考核体系中,通过绩效管理体系进行全员灌输,使风险控制成为员工自主的意识、自我的选择。At present,oilfield enterprises face many risks,such as resource replacement,high production cost,workforce stability,security,environmental protection,etc..Oilfield enterprise must gradually,the comprehensive risk management to the management of the risk control indicators into performance evaluation system,through the performance management system for all employees,make risk control employee's independent consciousness and self choice.
