摘　　要：夹具是制造系统中的重要组成部分,主要作用是保证零件的加工精度并提高劳动生产率。介绍了Solid Works软件设计进行夹具三维设计的方法和关键技术,并针对调温器体在四轴加工中心加工需求,进行了转台及夹具的参数化设计、虚拟装配及干涉检查,符合加工工艺及定位精度要求。The fixture is an important part of the manufacturing system,the main function is to ensure the machining accuracy of parts and improve labor productivity. This paper introduces the method and key technology of3d fixture design of SolidWorks software design,and according to the processing requirements of thermostat in thefour axis machining center,the parametric design,virtual assembly and interference inspection of turntable andfixture are carried out,which meets the requirements of processing technology and positioning accuracy.
