摘　　要：以上海知识产权(专利信息)公共服务平台检索系统作为统计源,借助专利情报分析方法,分别从专利申请数量、专利结构、类型、研发机构、学科分布领域、专利发明人等专利定量评定指标,探究上海市农业科学院专利活动情况和创新能力与技术水平,以期为上海市农业科学院科技创新建设提供可靠的依据。Based on Shanghai intellectual property( patent information) public service platform, the quantitative evaluation index of patent such as patent applications, patent structure, type, R&D institutions,Distribution of subjects, patent inventor were used to explore the development trend and research focus of patent technology innovation over the years in Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences. So as to provide reference for agricultural science and technology innovation in Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
